If you were every worried about getting time off when starting a new practice your worries are over! Taking over my practice comes with a guaranteed minimum of 12 weeks (3 months) of locum coverage/year for you personally over the first two years. With personal dedicated office space alongside of the flexibility of in-person and telehealth visits, in combination with the availability of clinic space on mornings, afternoons, and evenings or Saturday’s if desired - goes a long way to getting your practice going just the way you want!

The British Columbia Medical Services Plan (MSP) offers a variety of payment options for BC Family Physicians including the Longitudinal Family Practice model (LFP) which compensates physicians for both time and the number of patients seen daily in addition to a significant annual Panel Payment Fee , a traditional Fee for Service Model (FFS) and an Alternative Salary Payment Model such as the New to Practice Model which is geared towards new graduates

Additional $20 000 signing bonus may be available to take over my practice for 3 year commitment
